We purchased a home via internet that Randee Taylor was the listing agent. After we moved in we discovered Toxic Mold issues due to roof leaks. This agent had received the report previous purchasers paid for and who were subsequently denied a loan from their lending institution to purchase the home. This sale fell through and when we inquired about the home no mention of these issues were made to us by either the seller or listing agent eventhough they were aware of the mold and roof leak. I would not recommend this agent to any potential buyer.
