I recently bought a townhouse and was in need of plumbing work: repairs, installs, replacements, you name it. They had their guy named Mike come and he spent 2 days at my place getting everything done. He did FANTASTIC work! I was a little disappointed because I had previously heard of Josh and I got Mike. Mike ended up being wonderful. I can only imagine how great Josh is, since he's the one so many people have told me about. I've never been more pleased as I was to have some one actually show up on time and get straight to work. Sometimes I feel like I am paying serviceman to diddle-daddle on my time. Not with Discount Plumbing! My house looks brand new and everything is in working order. Thank you Mike!

This is Jacki at Discount Plumbing Service, Inc. and Discount Rooter and Drain Service. We are indeed licensed and insured in the state of Utah. I find the previous comment rather interesting. I looked through our files (invoices) and did not find anyone named Ron for that day. Nor do we recognize what he said has happened. Our guess is that a competitor company trying to make us look bad. It is unfortunate that some people are dishonest and write false reviews. We warranty all our work!

Everything they touched in my home they destroyed. Wash basin, toilet and floor tile! They left with out telling me of the damages and did not complete the task of cleaning the plugged sewer completely. I had to purchase the tools from Lowe's to complete the job my self! Retired Plumber!!!!! P.S. I should sue them for the town of St. George!!!!!

Discount plumbing is the best plumbing company in town hands down. I called Don about getting my water heater looked at and he came right over. He tried to fix it and then said it needed to be replaced. Thinking it was going to cost a fortune, but it was very inexpensive to what I heard it could have been. He also came over and looked at my leaking faucet and told me it was an easy fix. I had already taken the faucet apart so he knew I could fix it myself and told me what to pick up at the hardware store and how to fix it. It was as easy as he said it was and my faucet is like new again. I highly recommend Discount plumbing!!

We called all over from Sears to other plumber they ranged in price from $1000. to $675. I choose Discount due to the review. and there price was the lowest we found. They were there when they said they would be. Very friendly. My husband had the old water heater out already. and they gave us $50 dollars off the price. They had it in in less than an hour and there was no extra costs like Sears said that there could be. The tank is very nice and the same one we took out which was 17 years old...very plleased both my husband and I are. Will call for all my future plumbing needs... Thanks Guys...Susan Slaughenhaupt

This is a great family owned and operated company. Don knows what he is doing and he is as genuinely concerned about how well the job gets done as he is about making sure the price is affordable. After three sky-high estimates, I was desperate for an affordable solution to my plumbing problem. Don came through. His experience is impressive, his work is impeccable, his communication about what the problem is and how to best address is remarkable. Bottom line, use this company for all your plumbing needs.
