I have gone to Dalles Automotive Repair zseveral times now, and have referred others, and cannot say enough great things about their service. Always great service and at less than half of what you would expect to pay. My last trip there last Thursday April 12th, 2012, I brought in my wife's 2002 Gran Prix for what I insisted needed brakes and quite possibly the rotors turned since they were grabbing and grinding and the vehicle has 80,000 miles on it. Greg the mechanic took it out for a test drive, broguht in back into the shop and came out and told me it was only one warped rotor that needed to be turned and that the brakes were still good for another 15,000 miles or so. I fully expected to have a complete brake job and rotors and oil change for what should've been $300.00 and I was out of there with my brakes fixed and a oil change for $116.00. I cannot say enough good things about their honesty and integrit and quality of service. Many thanks to Gary and Greg again! - Larry Josephs
