AWFUL, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND FLAT OUT RUDE!!!!! ( I ordered Lasagna with breadsticks, Spaghetti with cheesy bread and a soda for delivery. EVERYTHING was cold and breadsticks I could barely bite through. The warmest thing was the soda I ordered. I called them and told them this and the MANAGER told me he did NOT believe me and basically called me a LIAR!! I could not believe it. He then hung up on me and I could NOT seriously believe it!! I have NEVER in my life had such poor service along with COLD FOOD. Earlier in the phone conversation he even proved my point right when he agreed by the time I got my food that It probably WAS cold by now and that was 5 minutes after I received it which was late!! But then changed his story and said he did not believe me that it was cold and would not do anything about it. What was the worst thing about it was that I was called a LIAR when I was 100 % telling the TRUTH!! I am so disgusted with this place!! I WILL NEVER order from here again!! And I will be telling all of my friends and family as well
