I called this clinic for a non-emergency appointment for a sore throat. This place is advertised as a WALK-IN clinic, okay. I call and the number prompts me to select the Saint Cloud or Kissimmee office. I select Saint Cloud. A woman answers who has a total attitude and sounds like she would rather be anywhere but on the phone with me. I ask about coming in after work (4pm-ish). She very curtly says I need an appointment. So, I reply "but...you're a WALK-IN CLINIC." Her reply? "Uh...you need an appointment and I have nothing available." Okay...so then I ask if their Kissimme office has some availability. "We don't have a Kissimmee office." My reply? "Umm...yes you do. I was just prompted on the phone to pick Kissimmee or Saint Cloud." "Uhh....yeah that's a mistake. Look, I don't have anything available." I hung up. RUDEST, most pointless phone call I've ever been involved in. Thanks for nothing!
