I stopped in on my lunch break to get a nail removed from my tire. The guys were friendly, prompt and professional. They had me in and out in less than 30 minutes. It was a great experience. When it is time for new tires on my truck I do plan on taking it there!

No longer Big 10 Tires. Is now PepBoys. Avoid if possible. Went to get a new set of tires. They didn't have the ones I needed in stock, came back the next day, they put the wrong grade tire on. When I discovered the error, took the car back and they put the right ones on, but they were horribly unbalanced. Took it back again and finally got the job done right while I stood there and watched. Then to top it off, the $90 rebate came back a month later as declined even though all directions were followed. Poor service, scamming parent corporation. Avoid getting tires here.

I took my car in for service and was shown an unexpected problem. Steve and Jim were most helpful. Great customer service. thanks guys, Ashley
