president and D. Scott Shockley, vice president. We have 48 years combined experience in real estate brokerage, construction, and development. In 1978, Shockley was the first commercial real estate company in the St. Charles metro area to build office condominiums. Our company has been involved in hundreds of projects since then. To date, Shockley has leased and sold several million square feet of commercial/industrial property. We also build-to-suit, and in the last few years have built more than a million square feet of office space and office/warehouse space.
