Friendly and does great work.

Great car-care place! I took my car in for safety and emissions test not to long ago, and they were helpful, friendly, and honest. They worked hard and fast, and did a great job! This is where I'm going from now on.

Great, friendly service!

I have heard really good things about JC Carcare and one of their ASE certified mechanics has done work for me on the side. Well couple his professionalism and reviews I've seen, I decided to take my van to them to have the A/C looked at as it had basically stopped working properly and with the heat just around the corner, I wanted it taken care of but was totally sweating the repair bill. A/C costs are usually outrageous so of course I was thinking the worse. Well Stan, the manager, took down all of the information and didnt promise me anything, which I actually appreciated. He called me a few hours later and tells me the fix was minimal as it was just a relay and not the compressor. The difference you ask? Probably about 600-700 dollars. They very easily could have said it was the compressor and I would have never known. That is peace of mind you just cant replace. They made me a list of other things that need to be done to my car to ensure its longevity and more importantly, keep me and my family safe but did not push the issue. Just made a list for me and said I could work on them at my own pace, basically what I could afford and when! I cannot recommend them enough and will be going back for all my repair needs. Thank you ever so much for not ruining my birthday!!!

The people at JC Car Care are truly exceptional. We have had them pre-screen our kids vehicles before we have purchased them because we trust them to be thorough. They are very knowledgeable and will call to give you an estimate BEFORE they do any work so you are not blindsided. They have been servicing our vehicles for years and I have never once had an unsatisfactory experience with them. Truly good people and service. Ask for Joe. He'll take care of you.

Always done right and on time. They do not try to sell you something when it is not needed. The lady in office is very pleasant and nice to deal with. Our family has three cars and all are taken care of by the Kingshighway location.

I had a Smart Start put on my Truck and the thing wouldn't work properly, the Crew were NO Help with trying to fix any problem it had, and VERY RUDE with any Questions. So I had it removed the total cost was over $200.00 dollars,and No Refunds what so ever.I will never bring any of my Auto work there. And Will put out the work that the Service here is terrible.

they have taken care of two of our vehicles and have done a great job for a great price and have always done it quickly. they are also very knowledgeable compared to some other shops ive used and are very thorough.

JC Car Care was wonderful to work with. Their staff was very friendly and pleasant to work with. The work was done in a very timely manner and their shop is very clean. They answered all my questions in layman's terms and explained what they were doing in detail. I will definitely use them again for my vehicle's needs.

The staff and technicians were very polite and helpful. I went in for an oil change, and one of the technicians told me that my tires were a little bit low, so he put some air in them for me. I also went to JC Car Care because they are located close to my office and they are a Christian owned and operated business. I commend JC Care Care for their professional service. I will return again.
