The Service Dept here is great! They make getting your bike serviced simple, as it should be. The Service Advisers or knowledgeable and friendly. The Parts and Accessories Dept are the same way. They know the product and are willing to share the info with you, even if you don't buy it right away.

I will continue to use this business.

My fiancé has purchased both of his motorcycles from this establishment. The customer service and salespeople are excellent. We enjoyed working with the company to find the right fit and price for him.

Went into big st.charles to buy a yz125. Ended up walking out with a Kx250f for $500 cheaper than the yz125. Shane is an salesman I was in and out in less than an hour. Highly recommend BIG ST.CHARLES MOTORSPORTS

Loved my experience in purchasing my side by side. They made the whole process painless and I never felt "pressured" like other companies make you feel. I will be buying all of my "toys" from big st. Charles. Make sure to see Mike he will make sure you get what you need!

It's unfathomable to me that the sales manager (I believe his name is Todd) is clearly allowed to drink on the premises. I had full intentions on leaving Big with a new motorcycle until I spoke with Todd yesterday. I could smell alcohol the moment he approached me. I was immediately overwhelmed by both the smell and his clear condescending nature.

I can not possibly recommend ANY person to make a purchase from Big. Todd spoke to me as though, because I am a woman, I had NO idea what I was looking for, nor what I wanted in a motorcycle. I should likely add that I brought cash to make my purchase, and being a 13-year motorcycle veteran, knew precisely what I wanted.

I am disgusted that the person in charge of monitoring your sales floor, and incidentally your test drives, is very obviously drinking through his entire day on the job! How could you possibly conduct a business in this manner? Especially one sending others out onto the roadways. He is not capable of making a proper judgement call under the influence.

I had considered staying until close to see whether or not he himself was driving in his condition, but I chose to go elsewhere to make my purchase.

DO NOT BUY FROM BIG ST. CHARLES!

DON'T EVEN DESERVE A STAR - THey care nothing about customer service, the quality of the brands they represent, or the safety of their customer. You are a check coming in when you walk out with that new bike and that is it. Don't aste your money here . My husband bought a brand new CBR 1000RR and the fairing came off while riding the first week, then on his third week the bike makes this noise and he bring it in and they say it's just cam tensioner breaking in. 6 miles later his clutch is burnt up... Honda rep said it wasntt adjusted right and they will cover the part.... Big St Charles says you don't know how to ride a 1000 miles you have to pay $400 dollars for us to put it on... Dennis the GM knows nothing of customer service when every employee including the sales manager Todd said they should cover it. Tom the service manager should not be in his position. He is cocky when it comes to his job and this could have cost me my life it that would have went out on the highway.

I can't say enough great things about the service we received 8/12 & 8/13. We purchased a new Road king and our salesman Eddy was so down to earth and just an over all great guy who wasn't pushy at all!!! After we bought our bike Sandy went through everything that the bike does and she made sure we were comfortable with how all the tech stuff worked before we left. And the service department had all the extras we wanted done the next day! We highly recommend Big St Charles HD!! Very satisfied customers:)

My wife and I were vacationing in Illinois to visit family. We had plans to rent a Harley and take off on a 500 mile journey through Southern Illinois. St. Charles was the closest Harley dealer that did rentals, so we decided to go with them. Angie is the wonderful lady that handles all rentals at the dealer and she was an awesome person to deal with. I had a million questions for her and she spent all the time I needed explaining it all to me. She even came in on her day off to meet with my wife and I to make sure everything went smoothly.

Great dealer. Just bought a 2015 CVO Road Glide. They gave me a very fair trade in for my bike and treated me right. Heartily recommend.

I contacted multiple other places about before buying a Sea Doo jet ski from Big St. Charles. The other guys either didn't respond or took days to respond, and when they did they were WAY high on price for a last year model.



Big St. Charles Motorsports responded within one day and immediately gave me a fair price for a new last year model. Had the deal done in less time than it took other places to respond.



I definitely recommend.



Did I mention they are going to deliver it to Lake of the Ozarks too.

All the employees do everything to help you with what you are looking for. I bought my motorcycle here and I get great service.

Bought a 2005 yamaha majesty today, i absoluetly love it. Ryan was the BEST and most helpful sales person you could potentially ask for. I couldnt be any happier with my ride and the service. If i ever need another 2 wheel vehicle in the future you bet ill be back.

One stop shop for all motorcycles. The fast growing motorcycle store in St Louis/St Charles. From Harley's to metro bikes. Stop in...there is always something going on.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! They're service department rules. Called about getting a tire mounted on my CBR because I was in a time crunch and they got me in and out same day within an hr. They even gave me a discount for being a 1st time customer! I've been back several times since. Great place!

I am from CA, and bought a motorcycle from them, I saw it on pic. only but when it was delivered to CA, I saw a nice clean bike, better then described. really happy with their service and communication.Special big thanks for TYLOR who is a sales person.

My salesman was great. The owner however, sold my bike AFTER I had put a down payment on it. Has this guy read any business books? Ever?

Aweful service dept. My bike was backed into and needed an insurance claim estimate then the part ordered and put on. They told me it would be 2 weeks before they could even do the estimate and at least another 2 for repair. The general Manger is condescending and rude. No customer service. I still don't have the bike

Great service I think people rush to post negative review when they have a bad day I've been coming here for a few years now and have had a good experience every time. the other week I came in to get some parts and ended up leaving with a bunch of extras this place is huge its got everything and there are always good deals on stuff just have to walk around and find it its like the size of a department store
