Provided by YP.comWorst Gym in St. Charles. Manager Heather Shipley is by far the worse. Rude, bad customer service and no professionalism. I will take my business elsewhere. Do not use them!

The hours you can visit are Monday through Friday from 2:30-4:30 PM and Saturday and Sunday from 1:00-5:00 PM. The Varsity Program is available from September 15th to May 31st.
