Last time I went in some pimpled face kid told Me I was using wrong kind of oil for my car... every mechanic I talked to from then on told me nothing was required of my Honda. It was a scare tactic to upsell me. Then he told me I needed to replace my roters and brake pads... only needed to replace my brake pads roters were fine. I watched a lady pay out 600 dollars in that place for work she probably didn’t need done. Don’t trust these kids they will rob you blind.

Unless you have a lot of extra time, money to spend and like to fix hack jobs don't go here. How does a store stay open when they try to charge you double for a service that takes three times the length it should, not complete the service you paid for leaving you on your own to go to a different store and spend your money again to have it done right, all which ended up wasting a days worth of your time because you have absolutely nothing better to with your time right? Ask Darrell Muscolino the owner and Brian the operations manager.

I have lived in St. Charles for 18 years and have been taking my family cars to the Jiffy Lube in my town for 12 of those years. The center is by far one of the best service centers that I have been to. I now have 4 cars in my house and we all visit this location in St. Charles. I have gone to others through out the years, but I would highly recomend this center. By far this center is the best of the best.
