Very unfriendly and uninviting atmosphere.
My 8 year old son and I went to see what they had to offer in model airplanes. We walked around for awhile and even tried to engage in conversation with the employees. Every person working in the store was very unfriendly and didn't seem to want to do anything but stand there and collect a paycheck. Two people were building the race track; I tried to engage in conversation about the track and races to see if my son showed any interest in the cars. We were met with one word responses and a very bad attitude. I will not be returning to this store as it is most likely on its way to closing based on the bad condition of the shopping center it is located in and the unhappy people it employs.
We will take our hobbies somewhere we feel welcomed and respected as a newcomer to the model airplane world.

Employees are very knowledgeable and friendly I would recommend this place.

I would've given them a zero but it wouldn't let me...... Bought RC car for then $200 took it out of the box and it was broken.... They wouldn't do an exchange or return. They said because the box was open but how are you supposed to know it's broken when you don't take it out of the box.. Then they said we will would fix it but no I want it perfectly OK out of the box.

Everything for your hobby needs. Fun place to walk around.
