I had two windshields replaced by Penn Glass & Fender with both having an air leak afterwards. They repaired without an issue, but my spouse and I each went without a vehicle for an extra day. They broke the plastic molding on one of the vehicles and refused to pay for it until I suggested getting insurance company involved. I mean, the trim was just sitting in place and most likely would've blown off driving on highway. It was noticed before leaving business. Then, I had a vehicle painted by them after hitting a deer. The vehicle came back painted a different color (no kidding). They refused to fix until insurance company became involved and advised them to repaint correct color. A family member had a car painted by them as well after a fender bender and paint job was very poor. It had many various defects. My family member accepted it for the fact that car was older with high mileage. They are good for selling replacement panels as long as you plan to do work yourself.

A group of rented a van for a football trip in Virginia. We had two tires blow out and a nail in the other tire. We had to purchase two new tires. I went to see the owners the next day about helping pay for the tires they said the tire were in good condition and inspected when we got the van. They would not help us pay for the tires. You would think a good business would have offered to split the cost. WE paid $250 to rent the van and $235 for the tires for the weekend. So they got there rent plus two new tires. I would be very careful dealing with this company.
