Great environment for learning martial arts, self discipline and building confidence. I could not recommend Paks Ponte Vedra enough! Mr. Bill offers a variety of classes to fit everyone and every body. My daughter has changed since she started with Mr. Bill and Miss. Leila and it has all been for the better. She is more respectful of others, has better manners, her self determination has improved and not to mention physical benefits of martial arts and being active. My family is glad to have Paks Ponte Vedra in our neighborhood!
