Illegally towed my family mini van while I was visiting family at their condo. I put a note in the windshield indicating that I was a guest. I contacted them via phone and told them that I had a legal right to park on the property and they told me "we don't care - just bring a $100 cash to get your van back". It should be noted that we have 4 young children and one of those children has special needed and I really needed to transport him back home. . I got my van back and now I'm experiencing issues with the transmission because of the way that they towed the van. I have no choice but to file a small claims lawsuit against them and the condo association. THIS COMPANY IS A SIGNIFICANT LEGAL RISK TO YOUR CONDO ASSOCIATION OR HOA.
