Provided by SuperpagesRalph had my computer for (3) weeks. Not one phone call to say what was wrong. Finally, I gave him a call and he still hadn't looked at it. By the 4th week after I left him a message he called to say it was ready. After (4) weeks my computer was about the same. The only difference I spent money and wasn't able to work at home for (4) weeks!
