If I could give 0 stars I would. This company is unprofessional and customer service is non - existent. We contacted this company for an estimate and were scheduled a date and time. That day and time rolls around and no one showed. We called and were told the appointment had been rescheduled, but the guy came out anyway because we were not informed of a schedule change. He still showed up later than the time he agreed to come, after being a no show. Gave me an estimate and agreed to email me upon return to his office so we'd have the Memorial Day weekend to think it over. Never emailed, so we called. They told us someone would personally come deliver an estimate so we setup a day and time, guess what? No one ever showed up. We just gave up. It's not worth the hassle.
