I have been dealing with The Other Guys for 20+ years. I have had them do several stereos and remote starts. I don't go overboard but I do like a nice stereo you simply can not get from the factory. They have always been totally professional and done excellent clean installs for me. I have referred many people to them who have always been happy. It is unfortunate to hear about the other reviewer's experience; but in my experience they have gone above and beyond to do the right thing the first time and if something does happen to make it right. The other thing to mention is they have been around longer than that with minimal advertising and have longevity in their employees. Name another store that can say the same.

The Other Guys did a poor job putting a remote starter on my car. It makes my alarm go off one minute after I start it. I was told by another place that installs remote starters, they used a wrong part that has to be ordered. If I had it to do over I would have let ABC Warehouse do it. ABC said I would have to wait for the part, I didn't want to wait and The Other Guys said they had the parts, which obviously was not true. They didn't know what they were doing, or didn't care..
