found the staff at Ostermans in the mall to be snobby and rude,, all of them including the manager. They give you a high pressure sales pitch and if you dont buy something or sign up for their card, they treat you poorly, I went in to Ostermans for a repair and got treated rudely by 3 people. No thank yous, no smiles, no kindness. Will never buy anything from them. Not until they replace with people who can at least give a smile and want to help someone. Horrible experience!
