Mr. Becker is a Michigan Licensed Resident Agent qualified in Accident and Health, Life, Multiple Lines ( Property and Casualty ), and Variable Contracts and also a Licensed Resident Life Insurance Counselor ( LIC ). Edward A. Becker, Jr., is a past chairman and a long term current member of the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan * Statewide Agents Advisory Council, a former health chairman of the Saginaw Association of Life Underwriters, a charter member of the Association of Health Insurance Agents, a member of the National Association of Health Underwriters, National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, and a former charter member of the Michigan Coalition For Positive Healthcare Reform.* Rebecca E. Tobias, Vice President of Account Service, joined E. A. Becker & Associates in 1995. Educated at Carrollton H. S., Saginaw MI, and Delta College, Bay City, MI. Ms. Tobias is a Licensed Resident Agent qualified in Accident and Health, Life, and Variable Contracts.
