Michael Scanlon is a "SCAM" Company! on 11/22/14 Juan, a service person came out to do a chimney sweep.. Juan not only swept my chimney liner Juan detached the liner from my stove. Yes, there was rust but in doing an evaluation should have said I can't or won't do this job because of the rust, instead destroyed the connection from the pipe to the wood stove. Juan told me a new one would be a $1,000.00 after he destroyed the connection... I phone Scanlon Chimney 11/24/2014 and spoke to Justine a floor sale person, who informed me he was just to busy dealing with about 50--50 UNHAPPY customers. Then spoke to another delight Fred who told me Mike wasn't in Mike was on the telephone Mike's foot hurt. In the end i was told to go to another company. Wait you destroy my chimney liner I cant use my stove and then tell me to work with another company.. SCAMMER!!
