I was strictly against hiding spare keys under rugs or in flower pots, since I believed that it would put my home security in risk. However, when I lost my keys and was locked out of my own home, that’s when I regretted my decision. It was now 9 pm and any chances of hiring a technician from the local hardware store in Saddle River were now gone. A quick web search later, I found this that offered 24 hour services and decided to call them up. They turned up at my place within ten minutes. David was a fun person to talk to and he immediately put me at ease saying that it’ll only take him a few minutes to unlock the door. And sure enough, the door was unlocked within minutes and he even made me a new set of keys for free. First-Class Lock & Key Store sure knows how to keep its customers happy. They’re amazing and super talented!

Half of the keys went missing from the building supervisor’s office last week, which meant that there were around eight apartments that were at risk of intrusion. After Id dropped my keys somewhere and lost access to my car, I contacted them via their Received a call back within 5 minutes and they said theyd come over to my place as soon as possible. They were at my doorstep within minutes, unlocked the door and made a replacement key in less than 30 minutes. Ive heard how tough it is to develop transponder keys, and the speed at which they got the job done showed how exceptionally skilled and incredibly talented they are. Can you define customer service? Well, First-Class Lock & Key Store just redefined it by offering service like never before! I scheduled an appointment at 8 pm. They werent late - they were actually ten minutes early! The technician, Joseph, was very interactive and spoke passionately about the profession. He even gave me free advice on how I can keep the locks in good condition for a long time, though I never asked for it. Once done with the job, Joseph suggested that I look up their website and redeem a coupon for an additional discount. Seriously, these guys put customers above making a profit and theres no other locksmith in Saddle River, NJ who would do that! Highly recommend

I dont know why I was even worried! First-Class Lock & Key Store made the process seemed so easy! There was to be an assessment by my insurance company the next morning and I knew my age-old locks werent gonna make a good impression. I decided to get my locks changed. But the challenge was coaxing a locksmith to come in at 1:00 am to do the job. After a few locksmiths denied service and a few didnt even bother answering the call, I stumbled across The website claimed 24/7 service and I hoped that they really meant that! Within thirty minutes of placing the call, Ron had reached my place. After taking a look at my locks, he suggested that I neednt get rid of all my locks as a few were still good enough to get me past the assessment. That was news to me! And if he hadnt taken the privilege to bring it to my notice, I would have ended up spending a lot of money that night!An hour later, he was done replacing my locks with brand new ones and fixed up a few faulty ones! And the total bill it was way less than I expected it to be. Ron didnt even charge me extra for calling him at such an odd-hour! You guys rock!!!! I'd like to write this review, not for services rendered; but, rather for excellent customer service, which we all know is a rarity these days. I spoke with Paul extensively about replacing a lock, and even exchanged picture messages (upon his suggestion) so that he could better assess my situation. He not only educated me on the different types of locks/security devices; but, also offered to walk me through the purchase and replacement, which he suggested I do myself. Wait, what? A business owner who encourages a DIY project, so that I can keep some money in my pocket? Courtesy, professionalism and expertise all wrapped in one. Yeah, he has this field on lock. I'll always call First-Class Lock & Key Store first, in future endeavors!
