My mom had water pouring from her basement ceiling. I called Mazzone and received a very quick response by the owner himself (he came within a half hour). He inspected the problem and found a gaping whole in a galvanized drain pipe hidden in the closed ceiling, along with a rotted vent pipe. He gave me a reasonable estimate, which I approved, and he proceeded to complete the repairs. After he was done with that repair, he also fixed a toilet issue in my mother's tenants apt. All this was done in less than 3 hrs. And stuck to his original estimate, which was extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Mazzone Plumbing Inc. A family owned business in the true sense of the word.
