Provided by Superpagesdue to the family vehicle having an issue I had to cancel 3 appointments that were all in the same week, and because of this I can no longer be seen at this facility. when I called and asked for an explanation as to why I was told I missed 3 appointments.... and when I printed out the email through the sutter website showing that I cancelled 5 days before the first appointment, I was informed that that is the same as missing.
