I called St Vincent De Paul last week to pick up some furniture. They had me send pictures which I understand, called back to set up a time to pick up the furniture. I told them at that time that I lived upstairs. They called this morning, the day before they are suppose to come, to tell me that they couldn't pick up anything that is upstairs. Now I am left to scramble with new furniture that will be delivered in 2 days. Very poor communication and customer service.
