Incompetent is the single best word for this business. The woman that runs the counter is very nice, sadly that's the only good thing I can say for this outfit. They took days longer than was quoted. The work was also more expensive than quoted. I was informed of this when I was picking up the car. The moon roof wasn't opening, they said that they couldn't fix it, that I'd need to take it to the dealership for repair. When they changed the spark plugs in my car they pinched the PCV valve and 30 days later my car's dash warning lights came on. I took the car to the dealership. The service writer called and asked 'who changed the spark plugs in your car?' This cost me $350, when I asked that Quality reimburse me the owner refused.
