They repaired the leak in the ...

They repaired the leak in the condenser coming through the ceiling. They left and I had to call them back withing 1/2 hr.--still leaking. Told me coil was rusted out and pan was cracked & whole air system needed to be replaced ($3900.00). Had 2 other companies check this and they cleared the pipe (which Pacific had told me they did and they did not) and the system is fine. There was no crack in the pan and no rust on the coils. So I saved $3900.00 by not going with them. Sorry I had paid them at all.

Great company!

We recently purchased a complete air conditioner and furnace through Pacific Heat and Air after finding them online.



They were really quick to respond. Being local to Rosemont it was within a half hour that Ken Mirbagheri a co-owner was there and helped us through the steps in choosing/purchasing.



From start to finish, the whole process was quick, even the inspections. We even got rebates that was pointed out to us and applied for.



We are comfortable and happy with our new systems and hope to try out in a month or so the new furance to keep us warm through the winter.



Kudos to all of Pacific Heat & Air team for making it simple and easy.
