One-e-App is a locally managed, Web-based system that connects families with a range of publicly funded health and human service programs. It serves communities that screen individuals and families for programs, such as Medicaid and S-CHIP. The system is funded by The California HealthCare Foundation and The California Endowment. One-e-App allows certified application assistants, workers and other authorized users to assist their clients in applying online for a range of publicly funded health and human service programs. It serves consumers, program administrators, individuals and families in Arizona, Indiana and Maryland. One-e-App is used in more than eight counties in California.
