First time at this vegetarian restaurant, food was delicious! I had the pasta of the day (pappardelle with pesto) and it was so good/fresh. Bites of a friend's mushroom po' boy sandwich was delicious too. Casual environment, order at the counter and sit - inside or out. Fun, rustic decor.

The menu changes seasonally and everything is nice and fresh. But I didn't completely understand all the ingredients and didn't feel welcome to ask questions of the cashier. In fact, asking for a printed menu (to be able to read up close) seems to have crossed some sort of eco-friendly line.

Great vegan restaurant in downtown Sacramento. Food is great but the place is small so no big parties.
