Established in 2005, Kru Restaurant provides innovative cuisine that is a fusion of Asian, European, and American ingredients and cooking techniques with a heavy influence of Japanese sushi and traditions. We pride ourselves in our mission to provide fresh, seasonal, flavorful food of the highest quality, beautifully prepared and presented.
The chef/owner plays an active role and is involved in the day to day operation of the restaurant. With a casual environment and attentive service, we invite you to visit us for lunch or dinner. Reservations are encouraged.

Provided by YPmobileKru has amazing sushi - it's a shame their service is so terrible. I wish the managers would listen to the complaints and make some changes, but I guess as long as they're getting business they're not worried about returning customers. The other problem is the lack of a full bar - seems odd for an establishment on J street.
