Have had two recent incidents where I needed to Rent a automobile with State Farm Insurance claim both events we used this 16th Street Enterprise Rental location both times ! They were efficient. Should say were very helpful got me back on the road quickly , also they paid attention to detail and safety during this rotten pandemic ! We had the same agent both times , want to say Thanks : Mr. Mafi Appreciated ! ( Got us back on the Road !! )

I got this rental for a work trip. I had great service! I called and requested to have somebody pick me up, that representative set the standards! She was very friendly and talkative. You know when you don't know somebody that silent awkwardness is a killer. Not her, I almost wanted to keep riding with her! Once I got to Enterprise on 16th St. the counter staff was very nice, got me my car and sent me on my way! Very friendly, will be back (I have more business trips to take), but on a personal note I would comeback!
