That GUY probably ordered something online from an online service and paid a small amount and got his moneys worth and now complaining. That is what happened to me and when I called this florist and talked to them they explained to me that I should go to a local shop instead of online then I would have received my moneys worth. I then ordered an arrangement from them they delivered it. It was phenomenal! It lasted for weeks from that day I will forever order my flowers from them.
