Very expensive for the service. No parking available it's super packed. Tenants have lots of cars. Management have too many reserved parking spaces

Horrible, noisy, no parking and cockroach infested. They've raised rent nearly $100, yet it's still the same gross apartments. Neighbors are loud and messy. Constant screaming from children. I can't wait to move out.

Parking is an issue here. Rent keeps going up.$120 more Water,trash bill is very high $70 a month. Not recommended

I love Cedar Ridge Apartments, Its a affordable place to live, I have no complaints, the staff is always friendly and they always take care of any concerns I come across i would recommend all my family and friends to come and live here.

This place is very good! I have lived here at Cedar Ridge for a few months now and I'm really happy here. I heard that this place wasn't that good before but I wanted to see for myself. I could see that Management cares about there tenants and that they really cleaned up the property so I applied and I'm happy that I did. We have 24hr security and we can call at any time we need them. I feel very safe here. Thank you Cedar Ridge for providing a safe place for me to live!

I would say that this is one of the most quiet and clean apartment complexes on Mack Rd. I personally love sitting in my balcony and just enjoying the peace and quiet which is hard to find here in South Sacramento. The staff is also very nice
