I only gave 1 star because they require it. I would like to give a negative 5 star!! The customer service was extremely POOR!! RUDE GIRLS and the business is WAY overcharging for their phones. This store is taking advantage of a low income area and people who have no where else to go. They wanted $186 for a phone that I got at another store for $99, even with me having 3 lines already! I had the ability to drive to another store for those that don't they will gladly take your EBT card and overcharge you by almost double, and hey rent a movie and buy some lottery tickets with your EBT while you are at it. :o{ Metro should monitor their stores better and not allow this practice. BUYER BEWARE, save some money and take a bus if you have to anywhere but here!! P.S. Don't pay attention to the 4 lines for $100 sign they are waving out front, it is false advertisement and just away to get you in the door!! :o{ What a waste of my time!! Metro should check into this racket!
