Had to drive 72 miles round trip to get CPAP machine set up to get modem to work. It had stopped in late July. Drove down there in late Aug 16 and then called in Oct and asked for compliance printout. Told that no information from modem since late July. So trip was a waste.
Employee called and said I could send photos of modem numbers and not need to come in. Sent photos two days later and did not hear from anyone. Finally, left voicemail on a Friday. On Monday, return call from someone else who asked what she could do. When I asked if she knew about my situation, she said no and I insisted that the manager call me.
Asked for a return call in 24 hours. No call in 7 days so called and the original employee answered. Told me that modem needed replacing. She stated that I was called with that message and after I related the call I received and getting no message and no return call from the manager, she offered to come to my house to exchange the modem.
Will she if she shows up,
