Great options on all appliances at low prices! The appliances may have minor cosmetic defects but it is well worth it! Highly suggest if you are looking to revamp or replace appliances

Bought a $3,800 mattress set for 961.00 and a 800.00 boxspring for only 230.00 but they were a mix-match set ,but very nice. So when I get home I call sears online because they have local pick up and ask if they can give me a price for the same set i just bought to price compare remember I'm calling the same store ( Sears) only not the outlet! I give the lady on the phone the brand and name of the mattress I just bought and act like I want to buy this set to see what a savings I just got! And i was shocked when she found my set mad really, come to find out the set was only 1248.00 my wife said no she must have thought it was a different mattress so we looked online and sure enough there was our matress for $1,248 with warrenty and full return ?? So where's the $5000.00 price that was originally??? They lied! even on there own site it states it was only 1600 new with a few hundred off for the sale. so for the outlet to say so the price was originally so much more then act like they take 70% off is just a lie. This was today and Tomarrow I will call to to see why they lied to me and what they can do to make this up??? At least find and give me the matching boxspring! I will write another review to tell everyone what happened! In the morning johnny

They sell broken appliances. It is such a big hassle and prices just aren't fabulious. Bought TV. Got home andi t was broken (controls at front of TV are really stuck) Sears Outlet won't take it back. Send me to warranty people. Warranty people give me the total run around (yes I bought extended warranty which is only as good as their service. Not good. I feel like an idiot for buying this thing. I am stuck.
