I had an appointment to discuss my plan with American Business Services. I was early to my appointment. I ended up waiting in the lobby seeing Rikki 3 hours after my appointment. Rikki ended up not having my previous file. I asked for a refund since American Business lost my file but they just took my money. I felt like I was taken advangate of. Go somewhere else if you can.

I waited and waited in the lobby.
