Terrible customer service. Often left 10-15 at time while they are doing other's nails and leaving mine and other's unfinished. Not accurate on waiting times and have no regard for customer's time. Overall, terrible experience time and time again.

I love getting my manicure and pedicure at Nails Time. They always did wonderful job on my nails. They always took their time doing my nails and pedicure and made them look perfect and gorgeous. The nail polish on my toe nails lasted for weeks without chipping. I had my pedicure done at the nail salon in the Diamond Run Mall once and the woman took about 10 minutes from start to end and my polish lasted about 3 days. Then some of my co-workers recommended to try out Nails Time in the Walmart Plaza, I did and I love their work. Also, I highly recommend getting eyebrow waxing there.
