beds are good and most staff is nice except for one girl that works there. i believe her name is Danielle. she was so rude and had an attitude the minute i walked in. i would consider cancelling my membership just to never have to be in her company again. otherwise most of the other girls are okay and prices are good

Will never go to this tanning salon again. I dont know who hires these girls, all they do is give attitude to customers and sit and talk to one another while on the phone. They totally lied about my monthly payments. They charged me $50 this month when its usually $30. I asked them and all they did was give me attitude. Who pays $50 a month to go TAN anyway? Cancelling my membership ASAP.

Unless you want to be given wrong information about tanning beds, levels,prices or deal with girls whos prioritys are talking to each other and being on their phones the entire time dont go there!!!

I have been a member at this location for over 9 years and to my disappointment the new staffing in the last few months has caused me to look into other salons for the 1st time. EVERY time i walk through that door and ask a question or a price i will get a different answer from every employee in that place they are not on the same page and all do everything different as a customer its very frustrating.

Tried to buy a bottle of lotion was told to print out a $10 coupon on planet suns website OR bring it in on my phone. Did that and came back the next day with the coupon (the bottle i was buying was well over $120 so nice commission youd think? ) but was told by a different employee "sorry you have to go print it i cant except that" i explained the information the girl gave me the day before but nope she wouldnt even let me email it to her so she could print it for me i mean theres a computer and printer right in front of her..so i just didnt buy the bottle.

Next example a few days later i went in and i asked 2 girls behind the counter if i may sign for my 17 year old nieces to tan since i was aware of the new law changes and was giving information by two staff members 3 days prior since i knew that sunday was the day i was going. Knowing i had all my information and their names since the whole lotion thing i made sure to ask names i arrived on sunday as planned and this is where my experience starts the girl behind the desk told me i could not sign for her even though she lived with me i then relayed all my information i was given by the other two staff members along with the staff member names and she then changed her story and asked for id of my nieces all though i was told 3 days prior i just needed mine so my niece does not have an ID yet since she does not drive but had a school id she told us that was fine and a passport so my one niece went and tanned but the other one didnt have her ID so the girl said if we go get it we could fill out the paper work .SO while my niece was tanning we left and drove all the way home way home to pick up her ID and drove all the way back 15minutes later with the id and passports just to have her story changed again this time saying she called the corporate office and they told her i could no longer sign after making me go all the way home and back. i told her that our ids had the same address and that my niece lived with me and i was able to sign for her as im a guardian (im 30 years old). i then asked her to call whom ever she spoke to at their corp office and either allow me to talk to them or her herself talk to them as i was upset at this point she then said "its sunday i cant you have to call urself tmrw when they are open" i said excuse me? you just said you called and spoke to someone there now they are closed?? you sent me on a goose chase back and forth to the salon all day with wrong information and now are not being straight with me about who you spoke too and are refusing to call anyone. how does mr planet sun not have managers with these girls???? i have never felt so lied too or had a customer service experience so poorly handled to this day i have managed top 5 star hotels in Manhattan for 10+ years if any of my front office team spoke to or sent my guest on such experience they would not be behind that desk alone unless they where properly trained and have all the same answers as their colleges before them. Rolling your eyes and texting on your phone is absolutely unacceptable but that was what was happening the entire time i was there. Long story short i had to inconvenience my sister to leave her job drive 15minutes and come sign a paper i could have and was told i could . The entire afternoon was suppose to be a pleasant sunday with the family turned into a ruined day!
