Founded in 1946, Mitcham Farms LLC owns and operates the largest peach orchard in the state of Louisiana. Based in Ruston, La., it has approximately 12,000 of peach trees, as well as features hand picked and graded peaches and peach products. The company serves peach preserves, peach cobbler, or some other fine peach products. It has partnership with some of the best local processing companies and creates additional peach products in an attempt to utilize the over-ripe peaches.
