I have always had great service with this bank. I have been with them for about 20 years

I chose Centric in Ruston originally because Credit Unions are not-for-profit organizations offering a wide array of financial services and they are owned by their membership. If you have an account with a credit union, you are a member and an owner. I also wanted to do business with this establishment because they were local. I have received terrible customer service at the Ruston branch. I moved 1 year ago and needed a simple task done. I needed to change my bank account on file that Centric was drafting my payment from. I filled out this form, attached my photo copy of my ID, new voided check and faxed this in 7 times total. First the wrong fax number was written on the cover page sent to me with the form which was easily fixed, after that I can only assume it was carelessness since I did not receive an explanation. Each time being assured it wouldn't happen again next month. Each time this happens I need to transfer more money into a bank account I do not use that is now 7 hours away, fill out the paperwork again, attach documents and re-send. Call the next day to follow-up to make sure they have received and repeat. This type of service is simply unacceptable. This issue still has not been fixed. I truly hope that they will correct it as promised this month. The fact that I have had the same representative the last 3 times does not hold much hope. I will now wait again to see if it happens next month as they do not provide any written confirmation, only a verbal confirmation can be done and I've had about as many of those as I can stand.
