Provided by YP.comAwful business. I'll start at the beginning. My mother is handicapped, and she needs a pool in working order--I informed them of this. She needs it for leg excercise, as it's the only way she can easily move her legs. The pool was cloudy with dirt after some hard storms, I couldn't clean it myself. We first contacted them on April 9th, they showed up to work on it some time in mid May, and finished on the 19th. After that, we needed them to drain the pool to work some wrinkles out that they noticed--and informed us that the longer they stay in the harder they are to get out and may cause tears in our less than a year old liner, and now apparently they're "too busy" to make a 5-minute-phonecall to their service people to get a date as to when they're showing up. APPARENTLY, they've been that busy for about two weeks now, give or take. They left me hanging high and dry.
I don't know of any other pool service companies in the area, but I'd recommend finding someone else to do your work. Their services are a complete and utter mess. They don't seem to care about their customers in the least, and keep giving them the run-around, even if that person is mostly confined to a wheel chair.

Provided by YPmobile1 The king of add ons. Once you get the bill u see that u were charged 4 every breath taken and every word spoken while on ur property.
2 Lead service guy (Kenny) quite crass. I endorse open candid conversation but this guy is a piece of work. Constantly bad mouths clients about not doing their part on pool maintenance, i agree is frustrating but that's why they pay you, they don't know, have time or are to lazy to do it. So expect the worse move on Kenny.
3 You will hear how your pool or liner wasn't put in by him that is why it's fubar. And now he's got to fix it!
4 After over 3K to replace a liner I have 2 wrinkles that are still there + holes in the corners caused by them hitting it with a hammer. *'#!$*!$
So maybe you were the person doing all previous work KENNY!!!
SO your thinking just go to Luxury Pools.
NEGATIVE as well. Same outcome but alot more condescending ego + attitude from them.
Unfortunately you have to go out of town for a reputable pool service company.

Provided by YP.comI have never seen a business so terrible in my life. I ordered a new liner about 10 years ago from tri mountain pools and the service was great, however I had to order a new pool liner this year so I of course went back to the place that took great care of me 10 years ago. That was a terrible mistake. New people now own Tri Mountain pools and they did not in any way take good care of me or my purchse. After several promises of getting my pool up and going I was brutely let down by the owner him self by being called a liar, and telling his hands to leave!!!!!! I waited for a month and half just to be stuck with a liner and no one to put it in!!!! I will NEVER go back to tri mountain pools or would I refer anyone to them!!!!!!
