Noah's Ark Daycare & Child Development Center RFA opened a daycare and learning center in the Fall of 2008 after the completion of the Administration and Daycare Building. RFA offers a Daycare program for ages 3 months to 4 years. Our brand new facility offers an easy check-in system with state-of-the-art security for peace of mind for all parents. Our staff consists of Christian workers who are upheld to a high standard.
