I turned all my refill slips(6 months worth) in to the Rush City pharmacy to put on file as soon as I got back home the day I saw a DR., I always do that so I don't forget about them OR loose them later. About 2 weeks later I needed a refill & called the pharmacy's automated system & it said they needed to contact the Dr. for refill? I went in & talked to the pharmacy & they said they did not have any thing on file & I did not turn any thing in??

OF course the pharmacy would not make a MISTAKE, it has to be ME!
