I had a pipe burst in the early morning. After a quick call, the dispatcher had me scheduled for service asap. I was contacted several times to update me on when I could expect the technician to arrive, keeping me very informed. Josh, the technician arrived and quickly found where the pipe had burst and, within an hour or so, had it completely fixed!! This is the second time I've used Roto-Rooter for issues and they're wonderful, prompt, courteous and efficient.

kyree was great. He was persistent and after two hours he was able to open up the clog in my sewer line. I will definitely use him again.

Kyree C. was great. He figured out how to unclog our drain. We purchased a 50 home with galvanized pipes and when our shower clogged and wouldn’t drain he was able to fix it. He was professional and knowledgeable. I will recommend him in the future.

Very professional, knowledgeable, good sense of humor, and solved the problem with appropriate diagnosis. The technician who came to the house was excellent.

Our tech Kyree E #1612 was a tremendous help with our problem. He was knowledgeale about the issue, made a genuine effort to explain our options, and went above the call to ensure that the job was done.

I use this business OFTEN as my plumbing is very old. Josh did a GREAT job!They're very polite and knowledgeable. Tried a competitor once and came right back to Roto-Rooter. I love that they're available 24/7 and no extra charge for nights or weekends! I'll continue to use them.

I got prompt service. Ky asked all the right questions to help identify the problem. He told me step by step the work he would be doing. Then he provided tips to keep my plumbing running smoothly. It was quick, easy and pleasant.

One of the worst customer service experiences. Their estimates are way off and they charge a lot more that their estimates. Moreover they charge when they start their work and then delay competing their work.

I called Roto-Rooter for a backed up septic system. I was told that the tech would be to my home by 11 (which was 2 hours away). With in 15 minutes I recieved a text saying that my tech was on his way, I was surprised of the fast reaction time. Rich and Dante pulled in, accessed the situation, and went right to work. Unfortunately I had a collapsed septic pipe.( being that my home is older and the septic is all original). The techs showed me exactly where it was collapsed by using their snake camera. Rich told me the best and most cost efficient way to repair it to get me by until I can get a new system. The techs were great, very professional, knowledgeable, and most of all not pushy salesmen that try to drain your pockets. THESE TWO WERE GREAT !!!! I will recommend you guys to anyone and everyone that I know.

The plumber (Dale Arnold #701) was so good that I would ask for him by name. He had a common sense approach to my problem.

Job well done ! Excavation and total replacement of sewer line from house to septic tank . Technicians were courteous and professional.

We had the unfortunate luck of our kitchen sink/line fully clogging on Christmas Eve. We reached out to Roto Rooter and tech 0217 Josh came out on Christmas morning. He assessed the situation and within no time he had us unclogged and fully operational. The best part was that he considered all options to fix our problem and didnt just go for the big ticket solution. We would definitely use Roto Rooter of Runnemede again. Top notch!

Roto Rooter was amazing. We called Christmas morning, thinking that there was no way we could get someone out to help with a clogged pipe. We had family in the house visiting and no one could take a shower or even use the toilets! Within an hour Rich was here and had it fixed in a half hour. He was courteous, professional and clean. The supervisor came also and talked to us about what we needed to do going forward. I would recommend Roto Rooter to anyone.

We had a sewer pipe crack and back up
Into my house. It happened on a Sunday at 10 pm after a long holiday weekend and Roto rooter had permits from my township that morning and fixed the problem by noon the next day. Then they sent John to assess for water damage. He was incredible. Called my insurance and filed a claim and started the process of getting my house dry and everything damaged replaced. Every person that came out to my house from roto rooter were professional and supportive during a stressful time. Great service and very thorough work. I would definitely recommend and use them again.

Our technician was extremely professional and super helpful! We would highly recommend their service. Seems pricey for a service call but not 100% sure that we would have gotten a better price or recommendation elsewhere.

Rich from Roth Rooter came out during the time frame that was convenient for us. He came out and diagnosed the problem. He advised what was needed and fixed everything. He was very professional, clean, and experienced. Highly recommended!!

Great experience again with RR. Today they were busy so they came after the apt window, but made sure to check in with us several times to let us know the of the delay updates. After the last confirmation call the guy was here in no time and got us squared away in no time.

Arrived quickly, very professional and understanding, excavated with minimal destruction and kept work area clean.
