Located in the heart of the Palm Beaches less than 15 minutes from Palm Beach International Airport, Village Golf Club is a championship par 72 golf course with eighteen newly renovated greens and a beautiful new clubhouse. The golf course is set on 175 acres of lush South Florida terrain. The Village Golf Club course plays just under 6,900 yards from the back tees and just over 5,000 yards from the forward tees. The golf course is challenging for most golfers, but with five sets of tee boxes the course can be enjoyed by all levels of golfers. Along with a great golf course, a full length grass driving range, a practice putting green and a practice chipping green with two sand bunkers. The French Connection

The club house is brand new and there's a really nice little bar. The girl behind the counter was very friendly. I got placed with a group of French Canadians. They didn't say anything to me in English for 4 1/2 hours on the course. I still joined them for a beer after the round with a dozen other French Candadians in the bar. I've always liked the layout, but the conditions could have been better. The greens were a little fuzzy and slower than I prefer. The fairways were mushy, with little to no roll on my tee shots. If you speak French, you'll feel like you're at home.
