Absolutely the worst experience I've had with customer "service" in my years as a consumer. When I placed a service call for my yellowing lawn (3 days after they sprayed) I was told it was my fault, that I didn't know what I was doing and should be watering my lawn for ONE HOUR in each zone every other day. That is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard. There is not one other company who will tell you that. Even in the dead of summer, it's 1 inch per week. When I told them that this sounded incorrect, they told me that "they had been in business for 30 years and I didn't know what I was talking about." I demanded a refund for my pre-paid year and I"m hoping that they stop giving horrible information to their customers. Please think twice before using this company. You will not be treated professionally, nor with the respect you deserve as a paying consumer.

Lawn World has been taking care of my yard (grass, trees, weeds, bugs, spiders, etc) ever since they started in business. I never have to worry about our dog getting loose or them not showing up. Prices have always been reasonable/very competitive.

I used Lawn World this spring to hydroseed my lawn. They did such a good job. They knew what weeds were infesting my yard. They came back the very same day when I saw some weeds that hadn't died after an initial spraying. They are so nice to deal with and our lawn looks awesome. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

I've used Lawn World for years and I love their friendly service. My lawn is lush and green all season.
