Its an awesome family owned hardware store. There's a little bit of everything, large selection of plumbing items..they also make key copy's!!

I didn't even go to this store. I called twice because I was looking for a butane or propane torch to use in the kitchen. The person I spoke to on the phone said they have a propane torch used for welding. I asked if he could tell me who makes it so that I could look it up online before coming all the way over to the store. He told me it doesn't have a brand or a product number and then hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to someone else. He said there was no one else to speak to and admitted he would not go get the product for me because he was too busy and I would have to come in to the store if I wanted to see it. This was the worst customer service I have ever had.
