We just moved to this area from Los Angeles and so we headed to Lowes for some appliances and other things. Well the day after we purchased our washer it started leaking. With 4 little ones in the house it was really unnerving to think that the washer we had JUST purchased was out of order and we were SOL. So we called the store and spoke with Eric, the store's assistant manager. This guy is extremely good at his job and truly knows customer service. Eric and Logan (the manager of appliances) took care of everything from unloading the faulty washer to loading the new one into our car and everything in between. We were very impressed especially considering this was a clearance item and often times stores are very rude when you want them to stand by the product that they sold you - regardless of the fact that you bought it at a discounted price.



Because of the professionalism Eric exhibited we can confidently say we will be frequent repeat customers of Lowes at this location.

We have been in this Lowe's store MANY times, and are well treated by all employees and know many of them by name. We have had an excellent relationship with the store management in the past, especially Jamie Smith and big Jon, the assistant manager. We are sorry neither are there anymore, but that's business, I guess. While we don't know the current managers as well, our contact has been cordial and they are helpful. We have been extremely satisfied in our experience in this store and prefer to go to this Lowe's above all the others in the area. It is not the store's fault that they don't have as much in the store as larger Lowe's stores but they make up for it in their attitude and service. We just love this Lowe's store and I am sure you will too. One other positive for this store: "code 50 to the front registers"! is more likely to get you some help loading your purchase than at any other Lowe's store we have ever been in. The worst we have found? Chapel Hill Lowe's.
