This place is completely unprofessional and not at all a secure, safe, affordable as they advertise. I am currently a tenant and went by my unit this Sunday evening. When I walked into my building there was about 2 inches of water covering 4 units. I called the office and got a message that they were closed. There was no emergency # listed. I then knocked on the door located next to the office where there were dogs barking.. The guy came out cussing and hollering because I had interrupted his day off and football game. I told him of the water in my unit and at least 3 others and he replied " I don't care how dare you interrupt me on my day off". He then advised that he would not let me get any of my things out and for me to come back on Monday. Unproffessional - Your things are not safe and secure here!

I want to thank the entire staff for taking such good care of my household goods. I inherited my mothers posessons when she passed and I feel assured Long Horn Self Storage will provide me satisfaction knowing my mother's things are secure. Thank you Long Horn Self Storage.
